Yoga is the connection of the mind and body through the practice of asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and meditation. Regular practice helps to calm the mind, whilst also toning and strengthening the body.
The practice of yoga can alleviate stress, improve mental clarity and concentration, decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression and improve both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Antenatal classes are for all women from 16 weeks gestation with a healthy pregnancy. As a qualified midwife you are in good hands.
